Cultivating Precision in Every Drop

Ferti-Calc is a free, professional-grade online NPK fertilizer calculator designed to take the guesswork out of crop nutrition and empower growers worldwide.

Why We Created Ferti-Calc

Whether you are managing a large-scale commercial greenhouse or nurturing a backyard garden, understanding the precise chemical breakdown of your nutrients is critical. For years, the agricultural industry has relied on complex, offline spreadsheets and trial-and-error to calculate fertilizer recipes.

We noticed that the gap between raw elemental needs and confusing commercial oxide labels (like the classic 10-10-10) was causing frequent overfeeding, root burn, and unnecessary chemical runoff into local water tables. Ferti-Calc was built to bridge this gap. By instantly performing elemental-to-oxide conversions, we provide an accessible, scientifically rigorous tool that saves time, saves money, and protects our environment from agricultural runoff.

Our Mission & Values

Scientific Accuracy

No guesswork. Our engine relies on strict atomic-weight baselines for exact part-per-million (PPM) balancing and dilution ratios.

Sustainable Growing

By calculating exact dosing requirements, we help farmers drastically reduce chemical waste and prevent toxic soil accumulation.

Open Accessibility

High-tech agriculture shouldn't be hidden behind a paywall. Our tools are 100% free, requiring no sign-ups or subscriptions.

Meet the Creator

Ferti-Calc was built by Hamad Khan, a full-stack developer and agriculture technology enthusiast. Frustrated by the lack of modern, accessible software for small-to-medium scale farmers, Hamad combined his expertise in computer science with deep agronomic research to engineer a solution.

What started as a simple script to calculate hydroponic tomato reservoirs quickly evolved into a comprehensive web application. Today, Ferti-Calc is maintained as an independent, solo-developer project driven by a single belief: that technology should make sustainable farming easier, not more complicated.
